Sea Scape Mat

Description

The Sea Scape Mat is designed by Victorian Aboriginal artist Annette Sax, Creative Director of Yarn Strong Sista.
Annette developed the ‘Sea Scape Mat’ based on her own childhood memories of growing up by the beach.

Children may be inspired to discuss stories based on their own experiences of visiting the beach. Educators can add Yarn Strong Sista Fish Sets including; Blue Fish Seriation Set (BFS10); Small Blue Fish Set (SBF10); and Mother and Baby Fish Set (FM100).

Add ‘A Beach For Us To Play’ (MB2020) or ‘Animals Move’ (MB2030) to extend on children’s imaginative play and storytelling.
